Sunday confessional XXVIII

by doodaddy on October 19, 2008

What they say: “Gee, Doodaddy, I never see you eat lunch when Boobaby does.”

What I say: “Oh, I just wait until nap time and eat then.”

What really happens: At nap time, I curl up in a corner and eat an entire bag of Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Oatmeal Raisin cookies.

reminds me of when our daughter was born. First 2.5 months we never had a single dinner together, it is different now.

Eating the entire bag of cookies my work now but one day Boobaby will figure it out, then you’ll be in trouble.

I still don’t manage a hot dinner six nights out of seven, and the Evil Genius is five!!

Meanwhile, oatmeal-raisin is at least somewhat healthy…oats are high in fibre and raisins are fruit, right??

Shade and Sweetwater,

@orlund – A) She doesn’t seem to like cookies and B) I’m really good at hiding my cookies…

@Kyddryn – Yep, and the ketchup I had on those late-night fries — that’s a vegetable! And… just a little bit of sugar in both cases!

@Eugene – There’s an election?

doodaddy October 21, 2008 at 5:16 pm

@Dawn – Noted! I’m wondering if I should just make it a contest.
