Thanks! I suppose that's one reason I want to make my blog "safe for family consumption" -- so that Fern can read it some day... or at least a mildly edited version!

Awesome document of growing and it just gets better and better. I love that you document all of these moments for her later - and you when you are old, alone, and asking "What did I do during that time?!" Ummmm.....just what you were meant to be doing!!!!@!!
By the way, I LOVE. LOVE, LOVE! her name. Remembrances of Charlotte's Web - Yes, you're over that, but the name is WONDERFUL and Pure, and E. B. White, an adult writer for New York Magazine, did not choose his character's name by accident. It's natural, different and fits that beautiful face and your background. What a great choice. What are your thoughts for # 2?!?!

Awwww... this made me all misty. Sometimes when I pick The Baby up at daycare, I look past him and do a double take. I think I expect to see the little fella I dropped off for the first time last July, not the one-year old trying to climb the bookcase. *sigh*

Its one amazing moment after another... my big 'goose bump' moment was when my babies found their hands and would move their digits and wrists in tiny elaborate movements and I would be rivetted to their wonder filled faces.

Great post!

Cheers!
