I have to admit that I am a horrible example though. My college degree taught me sign language and it is daycare and not Momma that is teaching my daughter. When we were in Paris, I thought I'd at least have a tiny clue what people were saying. We were at a party and someone asked me a question, I had zero clue what they had said, so I asked, "Pardon?" (my one true French word.) They laughed (nicely). Um yeh, they had asked, "Parlez-vous Francais?" - I answered that question nicely. Duh. hee.
