But unaware of what was to come I moved on to What to Expect- the toddler version. Halfway through the book I climbed under my kitchen table and started shaking uncontrollably. These little humans were out to get us! (O.K Not reallY!) But I don't read parenting books because everyone has their own style and beliefs. It's a life long lesson that just doesn't ever end. Who could possiably write a 'Make sense' parenting book when every child is different? I think you are channeling me somehow. I was thinking yesterday when is it ok to burn books.. i came up with never but you proved me wrong. To be honest I took the parenting books more as guidelines.. not rules. I don't do well with rules. When I would read something I felt was completely stupid.. like do not leave a 6 month old baby in the tub alone.. I would just use it as a guideline and read.. do not think a 6 month old has proper hygeine technics and the little bugger may need help washing his arm pits.
